Situated about 30kms upstream from Victoria Falls we have created unique tree houses, which blend naturally with the Waterberry trees that adorn the riverbanks.
Each Tree house is complete with bathroom en suite and breathtaking views of the Zambezi River, Chundu island opposite and the Zambezi National park across the River. We are in a game area and sightings of hippo, elephant and other game are a common occurrence.
A stay at Chundukwa tree Lodge is the best way to discover Victoria Falls, its wildlife and adventures. We recommend that two to three nights are spent in camp during which time canoe trips, horse trails, walks, visits to the Victoria Falls, visits to our local market and local park can be taken.
For the adventurous we will arrange white water rafting on the lower Zambezi (rated the best in the world), bungy jumps off the Victoria Falls bridge, microlight or helicopter 'flights of angels' over the Falls and elephant- back safaris into the bush.
How to get there:
Flights come into Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe daily from Johannesburg, Lusaka or Harare. Transfers from the airport are included in our rates.
Self drive to Chundukwa from Johannesburg via Botswana ( Nata) or Zimbabwe.
